SafeHouse Chicago and Milwaukee

SafeHouse is Milwaukee's most well-known secret, a hidden restaurant & bar founded in 1966. To enter, one must first find the hidden red door labeled "International Exports LTD." and know the password to be let through. Once inside, guests are greeted with an ever-changing environment of authentic spy artifacts, gadgets, movie props, the world's largest mechanical puzzle, disappearing booths, secret exits, and historical references that fill the restaurant's different sectors.

Thanks to SafeHouse Milwaukee’s success, a new more modern location opened up in Chicago! I was brought onto this project to capture some updated photos for a rebrand of the Milwaukee location and to showcase the new and improved location in Chicago. Safehouse Milwaukee required all new atmosphere imagery that represents the space more maturely and intimately, but doesn’t give away the fun activities that are waiting for customers when they come in!

Both spaces are very dimly lit, which required special equipment to ensure that I could photography in the low light scenarios.
